Bix Recovery supplement is designed to hydrate and help with recovery during and after workouts as well as during busy working days and travel. The electrolytes used in Bix Recovery (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc) improve the absorption of water, keeping you hydrated for longer.

How many tablets a day can I take?

We recommend taking one tablet right after exercise and 2-3 tablets after races and long training sessions. We recommend not to take more than 5 tablets a day.
