When should I consume the tablet?Bix Recovery supplement is designed to hydrate and help with recovery during and after workouts as well as during busy working days and travel. The electrolytes used in Bix Recovery (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc) improve the absorption of water, keeping you hydrated for longer.
